Reservation & Payment
Items can be reserved for three (3) days only. Full payment should be made within the reservation period or the reserved item will be sold to another buyer. A photo of the deposit slip (if paying through bank deposit) must be e-mailed before orders are shipped.
​Shipping & Delivery
Shipping will be paid for by the buyer in the amount agreed upon by the seller at the time of purchase (Php79.00 for Metro Manila & Php139.00 for Provincial). Our courier is Xend and delivery takes 2-5 days depending on your location.

Tracking Your Order
A tracking number will be send to you right after payment is made & shipment takes place. Tracking your order is made easy by our Express Tracker Widget found in our website.

All efforts will be made to fulfill any order placed with Thrifties; however, we accept no responsibility should we be unable to supply goods ordered for any reason. We do our best to keep our website up to date, but because we often have one-off pieces for sale, you may occasionally see a product listed on the website that is in fact actually no longer available for purchase.

Through normal business, Thrifties may collect customer information including contact and delivery details, purchase history and credit card details.
This information will remain confidential and will be held securely, and will not be disclosed to any third party, except in cases where the information is necessary to carry out the transaction entered into by the customer.
Refund Exchange Policy
To minimize confusion, we would not be accepting items to be refunded. However, we would be granting exchanges on a case-by-case basis.
